Day 1: Times Square and City Lights

After ogling the Christmas tree for a bit, we headed around Rockefeller Plaza where NY City's finest were hanging about guarding the entrance to to the tower. We then headed towards Times Square.
Pictures can't really capture the scene. So many moving lights - sort of like Vegas, only it's all advertising. And there are dudes selling "Rolexes" and "designer purses" along the street. And so. many. people. I love it, although I did feel a bit overstimulated just walking through through the square.
