My first introduction into the world of video games was a cool gaming console from Radio Shack. It not only had Pong, but Hockey, Tennis and several other similar games. Compared to Pong, games like PacMan and Asteroids had state-of-the-art graphics and complex game play.
Now you can once again play the classic games of the '80s; not only PacMan and Asteroids, but also Space Invaders, Donkey Kong, and others. No special console required, just a browser* with Flash. Hours (or at least minutes) of fun.
* The web page says Internet Explorer or Netscape required, but I had no trouble using Firefox.
